Are Realforms agreements compliant?

Realforms’ internal, secure and legally binding e-signatures was built and audited by international AML experts to comply with the NZ Electronic Transactions Act 2002.

What if someone won't accept the Realforms SPA?

The Realforms SPA is a legally binding Agreement for Sale and Purchase of Real Estate in New Zealand, as is the REINZ/ADLS Agreement for Sale and Purchase of Real Estate (SPA). Agents, buyers, sellers, and conveyancers finally have choices to buy and sell residential property.

The Realforms alternative SPA is approved and created by McVeagh Fleming, specialist property lawyers engaged and instructed by Realforms. Attached is a comparison between the Realforms and REINZ/ADSL (SPA).

The process of completing the Realforms S&P Agreement is faster, safer, more transparent and robust than the REINZ/ADLS process as it includes:

Do you have to pay per signature?

Currently in beta, we have three of the most used sales agreements available for unlimited creation, downloads and signatures.

How do I invite new Users?

Need to invite a new User to realforms? This can be done in the User Management Screen, under the Invite Users panel. To invite a new user:

  1. Click your Profile
  2. Click ‘Users
  3. Navigate to the New Users panel
  4. Enter the User’s name and valid email
  5. Choose their Role
  6. Click ‘Send Email Invitation

How do I cancel an invitation?

Cancelling an Invitation will revoke the User’s ability to sign up with your realforms account. To cancel an invitation:

  1. Click your Profile
  2. Click ‘Users
  3. Navigate to the Pending Invitations panel
  4. Select the check box next to the invitation
  5. Click ‘Cancel Invitation

How do I resend an Invitation?

If the User can’t locate their invite to realforms, an admin can resend the it. To resend and invitation: 

  1. Click your Profile
  2. Click ‘Users
  3. Navigate to the Pending Invitations panel
  4. Select the check box next to the invitation
  5. Click ‘Resend Invitation

How many Users can I add?

Unlike many online service applications, there are no limitations to the number of users you can invite and give access to your account, this includes members and admins.

Regardless if you are a small boutique company or a large branded one, all of your team members will be connected.

How do I disable a User?

Deactivating Users can be done through Existing Users panel, in the User Management window. To deactivate a User:

  1. Click your Profile
  2. Click ‘Users
  3. Navigate to the Existing Users panel
  4. Select the check box next to the User
  5. Click ‘Disable Account

If a deactivated User needs access to your realforms account again, you can reactivate them through the Existing User panel, in the User Management Window. To reactivate a User:

  1. Click your Profile
  2. Click ‘Users
  3. Navigate to the Existing Users panel
  4. Select the check box next to the User
  5. Click ‘Enable Account

An active User’s role can be edited at any time through User Management window. To edit a User’s Role:

Wow your customers by adding your logo, to make realforms look and feel like your own product. To add a logo:

  7. Click ‘Save

Sure! You can remove your logo at any time by clicking the cross icon in the top right of the logo. To do this:

How do I add my business colours?

Yes, you can get creative with the colours in realforms and have up to three different colours, that will affect the look and feel of the app. To add custom colours:

  1. Click your Profile
  2. Click ‘Settings
  3. Click ‘Custom Branding
  4. Select the ‘Main Colour’, ‘Button Background Colour’, and/or ‘Button Text Colour’ 
  5. Click ‘Save

Of course! You can add a picture of your self through your profile. To do this:

  1. Click your Profile

  3. Click ‘Browse Your Disk’ 
  4. Locate the photo on your device
